If you're looking for an amazing & supportive community, you've found it. The instructors and other students are incredible; literally no judgement from anyone. The instructors are super helpful in making sure you're holding a pose correctly and giving you modifications. The classes are fun & varied; you'll never do the same class twice. And now they've added an unheated dance class that's super fun and easy to do even if you have no dance experience. I can't recommend Body Alive Moon Valley highly enough.

This place sets an amazing tone to the rest of my day and enhances the peace and strength within me. Everyone here is welcoming and supportive. Such a positive environment with amazing instructors!! My husband and I feel great every time we go! It’s challenging yet motivating to see progress with each class! Shout out to Michelle the instructor she’s the kindest soul and just overall goals! We love every class with her! My whole family comes to take her class! Shout out to Maddy for teaching her first class today she killed it! Highly recommend this studio!!

Amazing studio! The instructors (Michelle, Lauren, Jamie) are the most incredible people. They are nice, encouraging and funny. They make it a point to make it a personal experience by learning your names and give you motivation comments. The front desk girls are also always welcoming. BIG PLUS: the pricing is unbeatable! Studio is always clean with amenities to make your visit as pleasant as possible!

Lexi is a stone cold killer!! Such a stud! The way she treats the people and staff goes unnoticed. The most positive, hard working, and supportive person to sweat with the mornings. I’m glad to be apart of these wonderful classes and I would recommend them to everyone!!
